We’ve all heard about struggling artists and how many bright ideas, be it music, visual arts, dance, theatre, films, etc are foregone because of money. Lets face it. Money does make the world go round, even if we think we could live on air, love, and the arts.

Aside from organisations’ corporate sponsorship, arts councils and non-profit arts grants providers, crowd funding for the arts has picked up significantly since Kickstarter, ArtSpire and IndieGoGo came into the spotlight. While CF has been widely developed in UK, France and US, pockets of organisations are being set up in the rest of the world.
